What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. They remember simple things, such as your chosen language, and — if you give your consent — help us understand how the site is used. Some information is kept in your browser's local storage, which works in the same way as a cookie.
Why we use cookies
We use them so the site works securely and remembers the language you browse in, and — with your consent — so we can see which pages are useful to visitors and how well our campaigns perform. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to identify you personally.
The categories we use
- Essential cookies: always active. They make the site usable by enabling basic functions such as page navigation, remembering your chosen language, access to secure areas and storing your cookie choice. They cannot be disabled and do not require consent.
- Analytics cookies: enabled only with your consent. They help us understand how visitors interact with the site by collecting and reporting information in aggregated form. We use Google Analytics.
- Marketing cookies: enabled only with your consent. They are used to track visitors across websites, so that the ads displayed are relevant to each individual user. We use Meta Pixel.
The cookies we use
- NEXT_LOCALE (SERGYM, essential) - remembers the language you browse in - lifetime: your browsing session.
- sergym-cookie-consent (SERGYM, essential) - remembers your cookie choice - kept in your browser's local storage until you delete it.
- If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies - lifetime: up to 2 years.
- If you accept marketing cookies, Meta sets the _fbp cookie - lifetime: about 3 months.
Third-party cookies
With your consent we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for statistics and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) for campaign measurement. These providers may process data outside the European Union, on the basis of standard contractual clauses. Our contact page also includes a map loaded by Google Maps.
How to withdraw your consent
You can change your choice at any time from the panel above or from the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of every page. You can also block or delete cookies directly from your browser settings - look for the privacy section in Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site may stop working properly. You can read more about your data in our privacy policy.
