Who we are

The SERGYM fitness club in Cluj-Napoca and the sergym.ro website are operated by MADAGYM SRL, CUI 37536696, J12/2336/2017, with its registered office at Str. Edgar Quinet nr. 8, bl. B, ap. 40, Cluj-Napoca, 400592, Romania. This policy explains what personal data we collect through sergym.ro and how we use it.

What data we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, phone, email) when you write to us, request materials or book a visit.
• Membership and access data (subscription type, gym check-ins) for members, managed through the SERGYM app.
• Technical data (device, browser, approximate location) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Meta Pixel).

How we use it

To answer your messages and send you the materials you request, manage memberships and 24/7 access, keep the club and app safe, improve the site, and measure campaigns where you've given consent.

Legal basis and how long we keep data

We process data on the basis of contract (your membership and gym access), legitimate interest (answering your requests and keeping the club safe) and consent (analytics and marketing cookies).

The website has no database of its own: messages and material requests arrive directly by email and we keep them only as long as we need in order to reply. Membership data is kept for the duration of your membership and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
